COMPUTER LAB FUNDING

Each academic year, the Fan Club must cover all expenses to fund the computer lab. The monies solely covers the instructional aides. Additional funding is required for technology servicing and upgrades, much more is needed to integrate computers into each classroom.

The computer laboratory and the two instructional aides are funded exclusively by the Fan Club and absorb the greatest percentage of the Fan Club budget. Your children enjoy the benefits of computer literacy and education as a part of a fully integrated academic program with the Farragut Elementary School.  All grade levels have a computer laboratory time scheduled as part of their school curricula embracing all subject areas from reading and mathematics to art and history. 

Direct donations to the Farragut Fan Club are tax deductible. Donations are welcome at all times throughout the year.
